You will need a clear copy of your South African ID document (green barcoded ID or smart ID card). For some programmes, you may also need proof of your highest qualification. All documents can be uploaded directly in the online application form (PDF, JPG or PNG, max 5MB).

Yes, you may apply for multiple programmes. However, we recommend you contact our admissions team first to discuss the best programme for your goals and to ensure you meet the entry requirements for each.
After submission, you will receive a confirmation email with your unique reference number. Our admissions team will review your application and either approve it, request additional information, or contact you to discuss your options. You do not need to follow up β we will reach out to you.
π Qualifications
We offer SETA-accredited short courses, skills programmes, learnerships, and QCTO occupational certificates. We do not offer degrees or diplomas. All our qualifications are registered on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) at levels 1 through 5.
Yes. All our qualifications are registered with SAQA (South African Qualifications Authority) and accredited by the relevant SETA. They are nationally recognised and accepted by employers across South Africa.
Programme durations vary by qualification type. Short courses can be completed in as little as 5 days, skills programmes typically take 1β6 months, and learnerships usually run for 12 months. Check individual programme pages for specific durations.
Yes. Upon successful completion of your programme and assessment, you will receive an official certificate from Amasiko Training Centre and, where applicable, a SETA-issued certificate of competence. Learnerships result in a nationally recognised learnership certificate.

Yes. Many of our programmes qualify for SETA discretionary grants and employer Skills Development Levy (SDL) funding. Speak to your HR department or Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) about accessing these funds. We can assist with the relevant documentation.
Yes. Certain programmes qualify for SETA discretionary grants which can cover partial or full tuition costs. Eligibility depends on the SETA, the programme, and available funding in a given year. Contact our admissions team to check current funding availability for your programme of interest.
Yes, we understand that upfront payment is not always possible. We offer flexible payment arrangements for qualifying students. Please discuss this with our admissions team when you are accepted into a programme.
π Studying With Us
We offer full-time, part-time, online, and blended learning options for most programmes. Availability depends on the specific programme. Check the individual programme page or contact us to confirm delivery modes for your chosen course.
For online and blended programmes, yes β you will need access to a computer or smartphone and a stable internet connection to access your student portal and course materials. For classroom-based programmes, this is not required.
Once enrolled, you will receive your student number and login credentials by email. Log in to the student portal at our website to access all your course materials, videos, quizzes, and progress tracking.
We offer academic support through your assigned facilitator, technical support for the student portal, and administrative support through our admissions office. We also offer learner support services for students who need additional assistance.
ποΈ SETA Accreditation
We are accredited with 9 SETAs: AgriSETA, CATHSSETA, CETA, EDTP SETA, MICT SETA, Services SETA, FP&M SETA, Energy & Water SETA, and Health & Welfare SETA. We are also registered with the QCTO for occupational certificates.
A SETA (Sector Education and Training Authority) is a statutory body established under the Skills Development Act. SETAs are responsible for developing and implementing sector skills plans, accrediting providers, and distributing training funds through the Skills Development Levy.
The National Qualifications Framework (NQF) is a system that classifies all qualifications in South Africa on a scale of Level 1 (basic education) to Level 10 (doctoral degree). Our programmes range from NQF Level 1 to Level 5.
